Cancellation Policy

All prepaid deposits to reserve rental equipment for an event, are non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled as a result of death or a medical emergency. If AirPlay Jumpers, LLC is notified before 72 hours of the scheduled event, the entire deposit is refundable or between 48-24 hours prior to the event, and one of the following circumstances is deemed the issue, 50% of the deposit is refundable. If AirPlay Jumpers, LLC is notified less than 24 hours or the day of, regardless of any circumstances, the full deposit is non-refundable. Note: To reserve our equipment for your event, a deposit is always required. Deposits are typically 30-55% of the total rental fee or just the standard $50. The deposit is deducted from the total rental fee on the day of the event. The renter must pay the balance on the day of the rental contract execution in order for the delivery tech to set up the equipment.
